At SneakerAsk, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn sneakers in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags remain attached and the shoe box is protected during the return shipment to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the sneakers in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
